You #39;ll lead Kyndryl Vital customer engagements, guide the team, and provide insights, ideas, and leadership at the CEO level. You #39;ll partner with Kyndryl business and account leaders, technical strategists, customers, and Kyndryl #39;s alliance partners to define problems, imagine solutions and service blueprints, and enable all to bring these solutions to life. You #39;ll work with Kyndryl Vital Canada leaders to identify high-potential customer projects, and you will constantly look for more ways to add value to our customer #39;s businesses.We #39;re in startup mode, so you #39;ll have much influence over the ways of working locally and globally. You #39;ll play a critical role in realizing the promise of Kyndryl Vital by building a team of innovative experience designers, researchers, and creative technologists.In addition, you #39;ll be a critical leader in Kyndryl #39;s design- and co-creation-led transformation. We love what we do here and want you to join us!Who You AreRequired Technical and Professional Expertise- A track record and portfolio of design leadership, including craft, strategic thinking, creative leadership, customer engagement, and inventive solutions in a variety of contexts- Experience working at the C-Suite and CEO levels- 15+ years in human-centered design, design research, design strategy, and service design- Entrepreneurial mindset, thrive in ambiguity and enjoy#39;first of a kind challenges. #39;- Systems-thinking problem-solver who looks through multiple lenses (business, people, technology, sustainability) and integrates those insights into innovative solutions- Business acumen and language to work with customers, define key business objectives and create high-level business cases- Experience working in complex technical environments with an interest in learning more- Lead multi-discipline teams through a service design and blueprinting engagement, resulting in experience-based roadmaps that enable technologists to dig more deeply into solutions- Broad and flexible toolkit for designing co-creation journeys to lead teams from exploration to ideation. Adept at creating new tools when needed.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders- Attention to detail in the language and relationship dynamics of key stakeholders- Track record of team design, recruiting and managementPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise- Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds- Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications- Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences- Data science, AI/ML, algorithm design experience- Experience in DesignOps or otherwise experienced in design-specific processes and capabilitiesRequired EducationBachelor #39;s Degree or equivalent portfolioPreferred EducationMDM, MDes, MFA, dMBA or equivalentBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it #39;s how we think and who we are.
