We are on a mission to empower sustainability change-makers to accelerate beyond compliance to a net-zero future. We are seeking an ESG Product Manager to help fuel our next phase of growth.Your Role:The ESG Framework Content Manager is a key member of the Envizi Product Team, responsibile for procuring and managing all ESG framework content within Envizi software. You will keep pace with current and emerging ESG reporting frameworks and global regulations to ensure Envizi content is accurate to support client reporting needs.Responsibilities would include:- Manage content from ESG reporting frameworks and regulations in the Envizi - Sustainability Reporting Manager platform and use your experience in ESG reporting to formulate helpful guidance to include in platform content.- Develop strategic plans to seamlessly integrate content, working closely with software development teams to embed the content effectively.- Partner with and foster relationships with data providers and collaborate to address any issues, updates, or modifications to third-party content.- Maintain executive relationships and work collaboratively across business functions including procurement, legal and brand royalty.- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the embedded sustainability standards, and address any issues or discrepancies promptly and efficiently.- Develop and maintain a suite of content for your product eg. product updates, release knowledge base articles, user guides, supporting the development of sales collateral and internal training materials.- Play a supporting role in negotiating and securing agreements to embed sustainability standards and other related content into Envizi software, ensuring alignment with company and software objectives.- Oversee any licensing or royalty payment processes based on usage of 3rd content.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseRequired Skills and Experience:3 years of experience in each of the following- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting best practices, standards and frameworks.- Understanding the evolving global regulations- Track record in successful negotiations with content providers- Familiarity with legal aspects of licensing agreements- Experience working wiith data and software applications- Experience with systems and software development processes- Proven interpersonal skills in bridging the gap between technical and business focals- Strong organization skills and attention to detail- Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards and technological advancements- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, legal, and product managers.- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Proven problem solving skillsPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertisePreferred Skills and Experience:- Domain expertise with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting best practices, standards and frameworks- Exposure and experience with global regulations around ESG and geographical differencesAbout Business UnitIBM Software infuses core business operations with intelligence-from machine learning to generative AI-to help make organizations more responsive, productive, and resilient.
