Job Description

Technical Support RepresentativeThe primary role is to support the ID Provisioning team in providing users with appropriate system access. The position involves offering administrative support to ensure the efficient processing of sanctioning requests. We are looking to fill (2) positions for this role.What is in it for you:• Hourly salary of $22.00.• 12-month contract.• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.• Work schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.• Hybrid work: In the office on Wednesdays (subject to change).• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and professional environment.• Join a passionate and inclusive team of professionals.Responsibilities:• Ensure the ticket lifecycle adheres to defined standards.• Log requests, follow up on outstanding items, and provide instructions and status updates to users in a clear and professional manner.• Perform user administration across various applications and systems, including Active Directory, ISAM, LDAP, and assorted business-facing applications, according to defined standards.• Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on urgency and impact.• Effectively handle all broker requests from start to finish.What you will need to succeed:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.• Experience with Access Management technologies, including Active Directory, IBM Security Access Manager, and LDAP.• Superior oral and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical business partners and influence differing points of view.• Exceptional time management and self-management skills.• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively.• Ability to prioritize and multi-task several requests in a short period.• Able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
