This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to grow into an inside sales professional within our fast-paced and innovative decal printing company. The successful candidate will work closely with our customers and sales team to drive new business while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Office 365 is essential for handling customer communications, sales reporting, and collaborating across teams.Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order processing for designated customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate products from our range of branding decals, safety labels, vehicle graphics, and more.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to manage leads, prepare quotes, and close sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Handle customer concerns, providing timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Work with the production team to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory management and product availability coordination to meet customer demands.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive additional revenue.
  • Utilize Office 365 for managing emails, creating reports, scheduling meetings, and collaborating on projects with the team.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training to grow into an inside sales role.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint) is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the drive to exceed customer expectations.
  • A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Familiarity with printing, decals, or graphic design industries is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • A Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada.
