Job Description

Fountain Tire - Marine Drive is looking for that candidates to come work for us as an Automotive Tire Technician! Interested candidates are encouraged to apply online or drop off a resume in-store. As an Automotive Tire Technician, each day will bring new opportunities, but you will always be involved in:
  • Installing a variety of tires
  • Using computer diagnostics to balance tires
  • Rotating Tires to ensure proper wear
  • Repairing tires in a safe and efficient manner
  • Resetting and repairing tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
  • Maintaining tire service equipment
  • Operating company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
  • Understanding and adhering to safe operation of all equipment
What does it take to get on track
  • Automotive experience
  • Ability to maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Provide a satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
  • Provide customer-service
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work in a safe and fast paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds

  • One year of tire-related experience
  • Mechanical Understanding
