As such, we welcome talented individuals that have a variety of perspectives, backgrounds, and industry experience who will contribute to the success of our One Parkland team.Position Title: Operations SupervisorTeam and Location: Commercial – Martensville, SKPosition Summary:The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Branch.The successful candidate will take pride in the Branch and will work to build the business and operate it in a safe and efficient manner delivering excellent customer service. There will be a requirement to travel a few days per month, to support a secondary location.Key Responsibilities:Supervision of staff including hiring, performance managementamp; salary recommendations.Ensures the facility and its employees are complying with all safety procedures set by the company.Fuel Inventory control for the facility.Customer service – ensuring our customers always get the best possible service.Site Maintenance – working with contractors when required.Store stock control – ensuring inventory levels are kept at an appropriate level.Office Administration – completing reports as required by head office.Month end close procedures.Oversee process of accepting payments and cash handling.Manage schedules and staffing appropriate for the business needs.On call afterhoursamp; weekends.All other duties as required.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience supervising employees.Large commercial truck knowledge and Industry experience an asset.
