GFL Environmental is looking for a Class 1 or Class 3 Roll-Off Driver to join our team in Weyburn!As a driver, you will be responsible for safely, efficiently, and courteously providing waste removal services to customers. You have experience with Tandem axle and roll off trucks. The driver will collect solid waste or recyclables and transporting to post-collection facilities.• Operate tandem axle roll-off truck to collect waste.• Works route are away from the branch location on a continuous basis throughout the day.• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and dispatchers.• Ability to follow instructions and work under limited supervision.• Ability to driver a vehicle that carries up to 80,000 lbs or 40 tons.• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 50 pounds repetitively using proper lifting techniques.• Complete pre-trip and post-trip safety lane inspections and reports, daily truck report, route sheets and other documentation requested by supervisor daily.• Follow all safety standards, equipment checks and precautions in performance of all duties.
