  • Be the face and the voice of the company, providing detailed information about products, services, pricing, and terms to prospects.
  • Ensure that prospects have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
  • Provide product/service demonstrations when applicable.
  • Showcase the value and benefits of the product or service.
  • Record all interactions and progress with prospects in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect information and activity.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Send follow-up emails, make reminder calls, or schedule further meetings.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred prior experience in customer service, sales, communications, or a related field
  • Positive and professional attitude with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full-time availability
  • Willingness to travel to our office for work every day
