Reliability ManagerMeadow Lake, SaskatchewanDo you enjoy challenges, leading, coaching, and developing new maintenance programs Are you looking for a chance to work in a world-class OSB facility and make a real difference Keep reading to learn more about this exciting opportunity!We #39;re looking for an experienced Reliability Manager for our Meadow Lake OSB Division. Our Meadow Lake OSB Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Reliability Manager will be responsible for supporting in the operation #39;s Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) program. The program objective is to maximize equipment availability and contribute directly to increasing maintenance efficiency and mill production. The scope of this role includes, but is not limited improvement to design of Predictive Maintenance, Root Cause Failure Analysis , Maintenance Work Systems, CMMS systems and robust PM Platforms.Your ideal workday will look something like this:

  • You will lead the Reliability Team with a strong focus on safety
  • You will leverage your knowledge and experience in OSB to assist in the development and improvement of both new and existing maintenance and reliability processes
  • You stay on top of new industry developments and standards in technology and customer satisfaction in order to recommend, plan, and organize actions that will keep the mill current.
  • You leverage your relationship-building and interpersonal skills to interact with our Maintenance and Production teams
  • You use your knowledge and experience to continually maximize equipment availability to increase plant reliability
