Schedule:9-80 ShiftPosting Open Date:December 21, 2021Posting Closing Date:January 4, 2022THIS IS AN INTERNAL POSITION AVAILABLE TO TOLKO MEADOW LAKE DIVISION EMPLOYEES ONLYPosition Overview:The Shipping Clerk will support activities related to the shipment of product from MLOSB. This role is responsible for keeping records of all shipments, ensuring invoicing and bills of lading are completed accurately and tracking of inventory. This position will also be responsible for month end balance sheets and when required provide export documentation. This position will also assist the shipper with loading of trucks when required.What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in shipping would be an asset
  • Displays competency in data processes associated with MS Office and the ability to apply computer skills to multiple software applications
  • Must be detail orientated and complete tasks with accuracy
  • Certification of forklift operation
