Job Description

Do you have an eye for fashion Are you a thrift clothing shopper or do you have previous experience working in the clothing industryWould you be interested in helping us expand a new and exciting venture in our organizationThen this is the job for you!The role of the Clothing Sales Associate is to ensure that our retail environment (called the ReStore) runs smoothly through effective operations of our thrift clothing program and exceptional customer service. The role will learn such skills as; customer service, merchandising, warehousing, pricing, inventory management, volunteer engagement & cash management.Position-Specific Duties & Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Able to lift frequently and up to 20lbs often
  • Ability to work and lead a team and to work independently
  • Excellent creative and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with Habitat Halton-Mississauga staff members, volunteers and members of the community
  • Access to a vehicle & valid G2 or G driver’s license is an asset
