Job DescriptionGENERAL FUNCTION The Collections Agent is a vital member of our team, responsible for engaging with customers to collect payments on delinquent loans. The Collections Agent must be fluent in both Spanish and English. As a Collections Agent, you will play a crucial role in reviewing customer files, assessing days past due, and negotiating arrangements that benefit both the business and the customer. The MFSG collections center operates 7 days a week. Collectors will work a rotating 5 shifts per week. Weekend availability is a requirement for the role.RESPONSIBILITIES
