Job DescriptionOur Customer Service Leader loves to interact with and help solve customers’ problems! As part of the Customer Service Team, the Customer Service Leader (CSL) genuinely cares for each customer and is confident at troubleshooting and investigating issues when there is not enough information to resolve a question or complaint. This role includes selecting, motivating, coaching, inspiring and training the customer service team on the best ways to approach customers and attend to their needs. Our CSL helps develop and document key processes and keep them updated as he/she identifies opportunities to enhance the customer experience.Customer Service Representatives are the face of our company to most customers and, thus, play a critical role in business development and setting the tone of our relationships.Salary Range $65000-$70000We expect our Customer Service Leader to be:
