Job Description

Inventory Control ManagerFrom $90,000 to $120,000 per yearToronto Branch3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1Find fulfillment in your Warehouse career – at Uline!Our shipping supply company has seen decades of steady growth, creating a stable work environment our employees can count on. Join us as an Inventory Control Manager, where you’ll ensure our extensive in-stock inventory is accounted for and ready to ship to customers.Position Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily analysis to anticipate potential inventory problems and perform root cause analyses to resolve problems.
  • Report, monitor and review daily inventory adjustments and changes.
  • Train distribution and receiving managers on inventory control practices and procedures.
  • Coordinate and manage daily physical and perpetual cycle counting efforts.
  • Report on inventory activities, changes and variances, including trends and analysis.
  • Resolve inventory issues and discrepancies, problem orders and intercompany transfer issues.
  • Develop reports, inventory control procedures and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in inventory, distribution and operational procedures.
  • 1 - 2 years managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical and communication skills.
  • Product receiving experience a plus.
  • AS400 and Oracle EBS experience a plus.
