Landscape SupervisorSakura Gardens: We are growing Landscape company based in Oakville, that has been in business for 15 years. We specialize in residential garden design, installation and maintenance and offer a range of services, including garden renovations and upgrades, yearly maintenance planning, monthly garden maintenance, pest and disease management, and expert pruning.About working with us: Establish your roots with Sakura Garden. What we love about our work is that each day presents us with a new landscape and new goals to achieve.Our Season and Your Role:You will be responsible for supervising multiple landscaping teams while participating in garden maintenance and installations. The season starts in April and working days are from Monday to Friday and Saturdays if necessary. This position will require overseeing workers on site and being the first point of contact for employees. The role will also involve assisting with coordinating day to day operations such as creating work schedules, purchasing supplies, receiving job site progress from team leaders. This candidate should have education and experience in landscape management as well as managing employees.
