Job DescriptionAssess and treat musculoskeletal injuries including WSIB, MVA, and extended health. Utilize excellent assessment and treatment skills in geriatrics, neurology and orthopaedics with goal-oriented treatment plans and discharge management. Participate in promotional activities, community education, program development and Accreditation standards.Support inpatient total joint replacement at Milton Hospital. Assessment for discharge and support patient education. Work closely with nursing, Surgeons, bundled care coordinator, and outpatient teams to ensure a smooth discharge.
