We provide customized and innovative monitoring solutions and have all the resources required to complete the various phases of instrument installation and commissioning throughout construction. Our worldwide operations deliver projects in multiple sectors, including mining, civil engineering, energy and the environment. Our head office is located in Sainte-Julie, Québec.We are seeking an energetic person for the role of Project Coordinator to be based at our Toronto, ON office.Responsibilities:

  • Assist PMs with communicating with project teams during execution
  • Prepare the weekly schedule
  • Monitoring the daily progress of projects
  • Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
  • Ensuring team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time and within their budget limits
  • Prepare and lead the daily meeting with the field team
  • Verify that we have all locates, permits and others documents to perform the work
  • Ensures compliance with all Keller and OSHA safety requirements
  • Inspection of construction sites to ensure quality is being delivered
  • Allocation of assigned resources (tools, vehicles, material, etc.) between crews
  • Review timesheets from the field team
Qualifications:Education and Experience
  • College certificate/ diploma in related field preferred
  • University degree in Math, Science, Business, or Construction considered an asset
  • Prior work experience of at least 2 years in related role or industry
Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements
  • Must be fluently in English
  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Works well under pressure to hit deadlines as needed
