Job Description

We’re looking for an outgoing agent to join our expanding team! You will oversee, consult with, and guide our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Participate in open houses, arrange showings, and show homes to potential buyers.Compensation:70,000+Responsibilities:

  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Work hard, have fun
Qualifications:
  • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Currently Have or are in the process of obtaining a real estate license
  • Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career
