Job Description

Supply Chain and Logistics Management Trainee - NightsFrom $33 to $37 per hour(This includes a $2 per hour shift differential)Toronto Branch3333 James Snow Parkway North, Milton, ON L9T 8L1Uline: Where hard work and hustle are valued and rewarded.Hours: Sunday - Thursday: 8:30 PM to 5 AM.Position Responsibilities

  • Master Uline #39;s inbound and outbound overnight / night warehouse manager operations through an 18-month Rotational Management Program.
  • Participate in hands-on UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock, Parcels, LTL, Slotting, Transfers, Velocity, Inventory Control, QC and Maintenance department training.
  • Develop overnight / night Warehouse Manager / Management skills by leading and motivating others.
  • Complete forklift, order picker and warehouse equipment certifications throughout overnight / night warehouse job rotations.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor #39;s degree. Supply Chain majors preferred.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced overnight / night warehouse manager environment.
  • High-energy, self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willing to relocate (with support) to another Uline Warehouse location as needed.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus (Manhattan preferred).
