We are looking for a Foreman – Field for our Baie-Sainte-Anne site. Your leadership and sense of responsibility makes you the ideal person for this position. There is no doubt that you have great challenges to overcome in this new position, within a company where innovation and continuous improvement are at the forefront!OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:

  • As the field foreman, you are responsible of supervising the activities and employees related to the field to maximize the harvest and ensure the safety of the premises.
  • You have to plan operations according to the temperature and monitor the condition of the equipment.
  • You have a good ability to work in team, a sense of responsibility, able to make important decisions, you are the person we are looking for to join our team!
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • You have experience working in the fields;
  • You are able to complete reports;
  • You have a good ability to work in a team and a great sense of responsibility;
  • You are able to prioritize and organize yourself; * You have already supervised a team (an asset)
  • You are bilingual – English and French (an asset)
