Envirem OrganicsPlant Supervisor - Technical & AdminEnvirem Organics is a diversified environmental company specializing in manufacturing lawn & garden products and the sin Miramichi, NB.The candidate will provide technical and administrative support to the plant, including Supervision, Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, and QA/QC.The Candidate can expect:

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the shipping office, inventory, yard, and shipping operations staff to ensure work is being done efficiently, and plans are being followed
  • Supervise QA/QC programs
  • Be instrumental in the development of strategic metrics that will allow for efficient operation
  • Plan production schedules and monitor output to ensure production targets are being achieved safely and to the companies customers needs
  • Provide procurement support
  • Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communication
Skills and Experience:
  • Able to apply the 3-5 years of relevant experience from a manufacturing or construction environment to deliver on all role and responsibility expectations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel
  • Enjoys working hard, is action-oriented, and is full of energy. Can be counted on to achieve results, with a clear bottom-line focus
  • Able to make sound decisions using all available resources, and clearly shows good judgment in interpreting company policies, procedures, and processes
  • Able to prioritize and multitask with strong organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and self-motivated
