As Financial Services Manager on our team; you will consult with clients on protection programs to customize and tailor personalized coverages. As well as provide optimal purchasing solutions to our clients through a network of prime lenders and financial institutions.What #39;s in for you

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth delivery of client #39;s vehicle
  • Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
  • Present and customize protection products such as warranties, creditor insurance, vehicle write-off protection and environmental protection packages.
  • Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
  • Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
  • Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
  • Perform credit interview.
  • Verify accuracy of all material information on the credit application
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Grow store relationship with key lenders.
  • Up-to-Date knowledge on lender programs and guidelines
What you bring to the role:
  • 3 - 5 years #39; experience in the Automotive business (minimum 2 years as an FSM).
  • Excellent understanding of sales, finance, and management.
  • Positive working relationship with financial institutions.
  • Proven record for performance with set goals.
  • Excellent Oral, Writtenamp; Listening skills.
  • Decision-Making Skills based on the relative costs, benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
  • Efficient knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, e-mail software and use of the Internet.
  • Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commission etc.
  • OMVIC certified
