• Conduct lead research and prospecting, initiating contact with Optimy’s ideal customer profile (ICP) and buyer personas (BP) to raise awareness of the Optimy platform.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the automotive sector, with a focus on e-commerce platforms for dealerships, and other service providers.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with ICPs and BPs, scheduling initial meetings and expanding the client base for the sales team.
• Qualify inbound leads, understanding the needs and challenges of prospective customers.
• Manage and track leads effectively using Hubspot, ensuring a streamlined lead pipeline.
• Educate potential customers on best practices for live engagement with website visitors using our platform.
• Provide regular feedback on interactions with the ICP and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities in the e-commerce segment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably with at least 1 year within the Automotive industry.
• Automotive technology experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passionate about sales, software, mobile, and technology.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
