Job Description Join our globally renowned accounting firm client as a Bilingual (French/English) Senior Accounting Manager in their Moncton, NB office. This permanent opportunity is ideal for a CPA professional who embodies a client-centric work ethic and aspires to advance to the position of firm partner in the future.Key Responsibilities for the Job:

  • Nurture and supervise senior-level client relationships while pinpointing service prospects
  • Review personal and corporate tax returns
  • Assess audit, review, and compilation engagements, along with other financial disclosures
  • Provide and advocate for superior client and business services
  • Extend support, guidance, and growth avenues to staff across all levels
  • Create and facilitate internal training sessions for staff
  • Supervise and control engagement budgets, billings, and work in progress discrepancies
  • Fulfill additional accounting, finance, and special project duties as needed
Skillsamp; Attributes for Success:
  • Bilingual language (French/English) is a requirement
  • Chartered Professional Accountant designation
  • 8 - 10+ years relevant public accounting experience
  • Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite, Caseware, and/or TaxPrep is considered an asset
  • Professional approach with an understanding of client-focused work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dedicated organizational and time management skills with the ability to pivot between tasks and prioritize workflow to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
