Job Description

We have recently expanded into the Moncton area and are now ready to add another Customer Service Sales Associate to our team. We provide direct customer service strategies for our renowned client in the sports and racing industry. As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you will fuel customer excitement as the direct point of contact in the community at large. Our ideal candidate will have a hunter-mentality and is not afraid to roll their sleeves up.What You Will Accomplish Every Day:

  • Provide a superior client experience by maintaining brand standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding our core values
  • Apply knowledge of products and services to successfully process tasks and requests to meet client expectations
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Develop and deliver informative sales presentations based on individual customer needs to maximize market share
  • Participate in continuous training opportunities with the intent to increase qualified customer contacts, enhance relationships and advance the sales process.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree from accredited college or university
  • 2-4 years of experience working in the business-sphere in a client-facing role
  • Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively to meet goals and client deadlines
  • Exceptional student mentality with the ability to#39;think on your feet #39; and make educated and responsible decisions quickly
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Pragmatic mindset, but can also bring a sense of creativity to the role to drive innovation amongst the team
