Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a dynamic Customer Support Representative for our marketingamp; sales team here in Moncton. As a team we develop and control the operations of our client #39;s marketing and sales promotions. In order to be successful in this position, you will need to be a goal oriented candidate who is driven to exceed goals and must be driven for future success in all areas of life.   • Utilizing strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
  • Assisting in the daily operations with client and keeping up to date with client promotions
  • Managing customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer facing interaction.
What You Bring to the Role:
  • Bachelor #39;s degree from accredited college or university
  • 2-4 years of experience working in the business-sphere in a client-facing role
  • Team player able to work effectively and collaboratively to meet goals and client deadlines
  • Exceptional student mentality with the ability to#39;think on your feet #39; and make educated and responsible decisions quickly
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Pragmatic mindset, but can also bring a sense of creativity to the role to drive innovation amongst the team
