Digital Marketing and Communications Manager The Moncton Wildcats is currently seeking a Digital Marketing and Communications Manager. Reporting to the General Manager of Business Operations, the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible managing the Wildcat brand and all related communication, advertising, content creation, and community promotion. The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager supports all departments with marketing expertise with a particular attention to walk-up ticket sales strategy, sponsor integration and community engagement. The Digital Marketing and Communications Manager will have an opportunity to play a central role in the growth strategy of the Wildcats and to stand out in a Team committed to excellency in the sports and entertainment industry. Key Responsibilities: • Planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels including website, email, social media and paid digital advertising. • Develop creative concepts and copy for digital marketing campaigns with the help of the graphic designer. • Produce engaging content for our website and socials that attracts and converts our target groups. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns • Manage the promotion of all single game ticket sales via all channels including box office, online, direct marketing, social media, and traditional media. • Oversee all communication including social and digital media, website and broadcast. • Develop a value creation strategy incorporating all sponsor integration and gameday fan experience. • Creating consistent brand messaging. Qualifications: Bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field required. Minimum of Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (Englishamp; French) required. Proven to perform well under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines. Ability to respond to any situation quickly and professionally. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work well on a team and independently. Ability to engage well with others.
