ERP Product ManagerLocation: Moncton, NB, CanadaMajor Drilling Group International Inc. is one of the world #39;s largest mineral drilling exploration service companies, publicly traded on the TSX. Operating in 15 countries around the world, this Moncton NB based company is aggressive and dynamic.As a Product Manager for our corporate ERP system, you will play a pivotal role in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ERP solution. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, business areas, IT, and operations, to ensure the continued success of our ERP system, based on the IFS platform.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and previous experience working with a financial accounting system. In summary, responsibilities include:Develop, articulate, and implement a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives.Define the long-term vision for the corporate ERP system, considering the needs of employees and business areas.Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business area requirements and operational impact.Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment between the product roadmap and overall business goals.Work closely with development teams to ensure successful execution of the product roadmap.Collaborate with internal teams, including business areas, IT, and operations, to drive awareness and adoption of the ERP system.Engage with operational teams to address user feedback and ensure employee satisfaction.Leverage knowledge of IFS functionalities to guide product development and customization.Stay informed about updates and new features within the IFS platform.QualificationsProven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager in the enterprise software space, preferably with ERP systems.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including those not local.Demonstrated success in managing projects and driving product adoption within internal teams.Familiarity with the IFS platform is a plus but not mandatory.Accounting expertise is a plus but not mandatory.This is a full-time position.
