At Intuit, we are proud to be recognized as a top employer and listed on Fortune #39;squot;100 Best Companies to Work for quot; and Fortune World #39;squot;Most Admired Software Companies quot; lists.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years #39; paid professional tax preparation experience, using tax software Preparation of at least 125 tax returns per tax season for the past 3 years Experience in preparing various federal and provincial tax returns for individuals, including different situations such as student, pension, self-employment, rental property, investments, and foreign income Ability to prepare and file personalized customer tax returns, including employment, self-employment, rental, investments, T1135, foreign income, and all credits/deductions Strong knowledge of tax laws and concepts, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Windows, mobile platforms, and G-suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Flexible availability/schedule Bilingual proficiency (English and French, both written and spoken) is an asset Experience in preparing Quebec tax (TP1) returns is an asset Experience providing support in a contact center environment is an assetYour ResponsibilitiesProvide expert tax guidance and support for personal tax returns in a remote, seasonal, and customer-facing position Collaborate with customers to prepare or review their tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy by offering tax guidance and preparation services Research and resolve tax-related inquiries, effectively communicating with customers through written and oral channels Deliver a Full Service experience by preparing, reviewing, and filing customer returns with the appropriate tax authorities, or by assisting customers in preparing their own returns with tax advice and guidance on required documents Stay updated on tax regulations to provide accurate advice on maximizing customers #39; tax returns Create positive customer interactions and experiences by displaying empathy, utilizing deep tax knowledge and expertise Proactively seek and provide the right answers to customers, using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise, while using everyday language Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries using established practices, procedures, and company policiesIntuit offers a competitive compensation package with a pay-for-performance rewards system. The expected base pay range for this position is PEI $25.50 - 34.50, BC $25.50 - 34.50, Nova Scotia $25.50 - 34.50.
