We deliver skillfully crafted beverages to thirsty humans across Canada and beyond who appreciate the beautiful art of beer.What we BelieveWe believe in bringing good people togetherWe believe in creating meaningful experiencesWe believe in making our community a better placeWe believe in always finding a wayWe believe in Collaboration and CandourWe believe in Respect and ResourcefulnessWe believe in Transparency and TrustWe believe in Creating historyQualificationsHigh School diploma1 to 2 years experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environmentForklift experience is an assetStanding for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50lbsAble to work Monday to Friday day shift and/or evening shiftAble to work weekends as requiredResponsibilitiesThis position (Cellarman) is responsible for process work related to the cellar section involving fermentation, yeast management, centrifuge/filter beer, carbonating bright beer, cleaningamp; CIP and setting up and transferring blending ingredients in the cellar section.*** On-the-job training is offered for this position - no previous experience in a brewhouse is required ***Operating Centrifuge and D.E filterFilling out/updating cellar logsCarbonating beer in bright tanksConducting CIPs on Centrifuge/DE Filter, Fermentation tanks, Bright beer tanks, Totes and other vessels (involves dealing with concentrated solutions of Caustic, Acids and Sanitizers)Oversee and perform General cleaning tasks, Housekeeping (foaming, scrubbing, cleaning floors, tanks vessels Etc.)Maintaining aseptic condition during all operations (setting up hoses, pumps and other equipment, product transfers Etc.)Responsible for diluting ethanol (95%), blending and other cellar tasks related to ethanol beverages and any#39;co-pack #39; productsResponsible for setup and sanitation of lines, hoses before the start of a Cellar OperationResponsible for draining yeast from fermentation vessels Check CO2 and dissolved oxygen levels of productsCheck#39;ABV #39; of products if Quality control personnel is not availableEnsure safe work practices, use of personal protective equipment Assists in the packaging department when requiredOther duties as assigned/requiredWe thank you for your interest in our company.
