HVACamp; Controls Contractor Dispatcher - Service DivisionControlsamp; Equipment Ltd.Moncton, New BrunswickControlsamp; Equipment Ltd. (Camp; E) is a Maritime owned and operated company established in 1975 as the first independent controls contractor in the Atlantic Provinces. The company has grown to over 150 employees who provide superior coverage around the Maritimes. We have six branches including our head office in Moncton, NB.Due growth in the service division, we require an additional Service Dispatcher to support the service operations. This position will be located at our head office in Moncton NB, which offers a competitive salary and benefits package.Duties:Work closely with Service Managers, and service operations staff to ensure accurate, promptamp; immediate response for our customers building mechanical needs.The Service Dispatcher will interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about company services and scheduling, as well as communicate with technicians and managers to provide the most effective service schedule for the day.Responsibilities:1. Dispatching and Scheduling:Receive service requests from customers and create work orders.Assign HVAC technicians to service calls based on availability, location, and skillset.Coordinate and schedule appointments for installations, repairs, and maintenance.Optimize technician routes to ensure efficient use of time and resources.2. Customer Service:Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and scheduling.Assist customers in troubleshooting basic HVACamp; Control issues over the phone.Address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary.Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.3. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and technician assignments.Update customer accounts with relevant information, including service history and contact details.Prepare reports on service call metrics, technician performance, and customer satisfaction.4. Team Collaboration:Communicate effectively with HVACamp; Controls technicians to ensure they have all necessary information for each service call.Collaborate with other departments, such as accounting, sales and operations, to streamline processes and improve customer experience.Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.Qualifications:Excellent Interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills, and a natural attention to detailAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsExceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesMust be a people person who can promptly assist with customers and sales/service staff #39;s requests.Excellent MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.) proficiencyamp; computer skills.Maturity and attention to detail are considered essential.Previous experience is not mandatory, but is definitely an asset.
