Job Description

Now Hiring: Project Manager / Co-Office ManagerOne Touch Heatamp; Cool is a residential HVAC company providing installation, service and cleaning on Mini Splits, Heat Pumps, Air Exchangers and Geothermal systems to the greater Moncton Area since 2013.We are currently looking for a motivated individual to help streamline our operations, grow our company and assist with daily duties.Please note that while this position’s primary focus is Project Manager, to ensure full time hours tasks will also include some administrative office duties.Tasks:• Overview materials quotation, ordering and pickup for upcoming installations.• Monthly price tracking on unit and material costs at various distributors.• Assist salesman in reviewing sales quote to insure proper pricing.• Provide concepts to improve workflow relating to job scheduling, parts order and invoice collection• Assist in problem solving when additional costs or obstacles occur on jobsites.• Overview registration and compliance with government and other special programs within our industry.• Meet with reps and educate yourself on new products that could be of benefit for our company.• Post-work data entry, warranty registration, etc• Fill-in for main office manager during sick or vacation days (book in service calls, order parts, answer inquiries, etc)Skills• Strong communication skills to help ensure a positive work environment.• Natural inclination towards technical work and consistent learning.• Previous experience relating to Project management, office management, staff management.• Valid drivers license• Bilingual French/EnglishWork hours are to be between 8am-4pm on Monday to Friday and pay rate will be discussed during interview.If interested please send us a resume at info@onetouchheatandcool.com and/or give us a call at 506-855-6489 to schedule a time for interview
