  • What You #39;ll be Doing:Engage with Guests: Answer inbound calls in an unscripted, conversational manner while assisting with room and suite reservations for our luxury brands around the world, including iconic properties like the Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, the Sofitel Montréal, and many others
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Guide your guests in choosing their ideal room and package, turning their moments into lasting memories with your sales expertise and personalized recommendations
  • Use Your Creativity: As an Accor Heartist® (Heart + Artist), you’ll bring warmth and creativity to every conversation, personalizing your offers to provide your guests with unique and authentic experiences
