They collaborate with the Program #39;s team to achieve the objectives and ensures medical coverage of hospitalized patients for the regional hospital dedicated to his position. The Hospitalist Program Coordinator is the core person in management to the success of the Program in his zone, they are a central resource-person for hospital medicine and is responsible for the continuation of the Program. They offer support to the hospitalist physicians, and they are the anchor point for the medical staff regarding all administrative and operational aspects of the Program. They also collaborate with the Data Analytics Specialists, the coordinating physicians, as well as other stakeholders inside and outside the Network. They therefore manage overall operations of the Program in his zone.The Hospitalist Program Coordinator collaborates closely with various sectors of the Network such as Research, Medical Training, the Project Management Office, Quality, Integrated Risk Management, and Planning.
