Operations Supervisor:Moncton, NBCurrently, we are looking for a Operations Supervisor to join our client #39;s team in Moncton, NB. You will be working with a company that is much more than one of the world #39;s largest privately owned transportation and logistics company; they are an industry leader by carefully nurturing a reputation for quality and integrity.Available Shifts: Monday-Friday, 7:30AM - 5:00PMRate of Pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour Responsibilities:• Recruit, train, supervise, and supports operations staff• Create work schedules and procedures• Implement procedures, give direction when needed, and enforce quality control• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism• Implement improvements to maximize efficiency • Prepare and submit reports• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery• Manage a staff of 8-10 peopleCandidate Qualifications:• Five-years similar experience • Forklift experience/certification• Understanding financial figures• Relevant college/university considered an asset• Previous experience in transportation industry an asset• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment• This role requires the submission of a criminal record search#GeneralLabour
