Job Description

Project ManagerFour Eyes is a high-growth New Brunswick based software company looking to welcome an ambitious Project Manager to the internal client successamp; operations team. The successful candidate will onboard clients and lead their product delivery in a way that leaves them excited to sign up for the next product and leaves the software development team feeling fully supported.Focus AreasProject Planning and Management: Ensure client requirements are clear and aligned with FEF pace of delivery.- Define project scope and schedule with a focus on timely delivery of value;- Organize and lead project status and working meetings with confidence and empathy;- Prepare and distribute progress reports with brevity and professionalism, modifying style and content based on audience;- Work with clients and team members to calibrate throughout the project.Product Support: Contribute to increasing the efficiency of product development processes.- Implement effective systems of project governance within Product Development processes;- Collaborate with the Product Development team to manage customer expectations and project deliverables;- Manage stakeholder communications;- Work with clients to define requirementsamp; collaborate with Product Team to design improvement through testing to sign off.Team Management: Ensure the development team is fully supported and held to account.- Assist in removing roadblocks to development work;- Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work;- Empower the team to move at the required pace while keeping quality at the forefront.Process Improvement: Champion Project Management best practicesamp; continuously improve the project management process.- Maintain a documented Project Management process;- Look for ways to continuously improve the process;- Make full use of systems and technology available to leverage efficiencies;- Champion Project Management best practices throughout the organization.Qualifications- Proven leadership experience with internal teams and external customers.- Post-secondary degree in any discipline.- Proficient at managing responsibilitiesamp; deadlines with limited supervision.- Bonus: Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level applicationsamp; solid understanding of software development lifecycle models.Four Eyes Financial is a Regulatory Technology (RegTech) company based in New Brunswick.
