We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Vehicle Detailer.Job Overview: As a Vehicle Detailer at Moncton Kia, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the visual appeal and overall condition of our inventory, contributing to customer satisfaction and dealership success.Key Responsibilities:Perform thorough cleaning, washing, waxing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior.Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and ensure that all areas meet quality standards.Vacuum, shampoo, and condition upholstery and carpets.Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and trim.Apply protective coatings to paint and other surfaces.Conduct minor repairs and touch-ups as needed.Maintain and organize detailing equipment and supplies.Ensure all detailing tasks are completed efficiently and within the established timeframe.Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications:Previous experience in vehicle detailing or a related field is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Good physical stamina and the ability to handle various cleaning and detailing equipment.Valid driver #39;s license with a clean driving record.What We Offer:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the dealership.A supportive and dynamic work environment.Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services.Comprehensive benefits package.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking to join a reputable dealership, we would love to hear from you!
