This is a fast pace environment in which you will grow very rapidly if you perform well.If you love sales and hate losing, we want to hear from you.Key Objectives:We are looking for a resourceful logistics account manager to promote our logistical services. This is a new role and department for Cesium & we are looking for a candidate that will help us build this new division. You will be generating new business leads, communicating with existing customers about their logistical needs, and arranging efficient transportation services with carrier partners.

  • Prospect (hunt) & develop accounts in your territory.
Position Details:
  • Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling Cesium’s shipping & 3PL services.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services.
  • Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets.
  • Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations.
  • Collaborating with other departments to optimize logistical services and arranging shipment and transportation details with carrier partners.
  • Establishes develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
  • Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, and brand purchasing
  • Preparing bids for new business opportunities from prospective clients
  • Conduct QBR ( quarterly business reviews) with your account base.
  • Preparing reports about various aspects of a company’s supply chain operations for internal use by management or external use by clients or potential clients
  • Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing
  • Sales Targets will commence after the probationary period
