We are currently looking for an Auto Claims Adjuster for one of our clients in the insurance industry.What is in it for you:• Salary of $55.000 to $60.000, with the possibility of annual bonuses.• Full-time permanent position of 37.50 hours per week.• Hybrid position with 2 days in the office per week.• Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 6 pm.• 4 weeks of annual vacation.• Opportunity to participate in a retirement savings plan and a pension plan.• Access to an employee stock ownership plan.• Diverse benefits package.• Employee recognition program.• Dedicated personal expense account for well-being and volunteering opportunities.• Payment for courses leading to obtaining the PAA license.• Opportunities for development and career progression, with dedicated support for continuous training.Responsibilities:• Guide clients through the claims compensation process, investigate their automobile collision claims, and address their needs.• Work in accordance with company practices and industry regulatory requirements; apply best practices and take responsibility for customer service and claims results.• Work independently in a digital environment.• Actively participate in training to keep knowledge up-to-date on best practices applicable to claims settlements.• Participate in special projects and provide feedback to the company to support its customer service excellence initiatives.What you will need to succeed:• Possession of a college diploma and/or an AEC in damage insurance.• Hold the AMF license in claims adjuster.• Experience in customer service (e.g., retail sales, tourism, etc.).• Ability to work in a digital and remote environment.• Strong curiosity and willingness to find ways to continuously improve processes in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).• Ability to embody the company #39;s culture and values and contribute positively to it.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
