Job Description

Start date: August 12, 2024 Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Damage Insurance)Our client is looking for 8 skilled and dedicated customer service agents to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and the ability to understand clients #39; insurance needs in order to provide them with the best possible solutions.What is in it for you:• Annual salary ranging from $52.000.• Annual bonus aimed at achieving 5%.• Full-time permanent position: 37.50 hours per week.• Hybrid position with 2-3 days in-office in Chabanel.• Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, one week per month from 12 pm to 8 pm.• 4 weeks of annual vacation.• Opportunity to participate in a retirement savings plan and pension plan.• Access to an employee stock ownership plan.• Various employee benefits.• Employee recognition program.• Personal expense account dedicated to well-being and volunteering opportunities.• Payment for courses leading to obtaining the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license.• Payment for courses leading to obtaining the PAA (Personne Autorisée à Agir) designation.• Opportunities for development and career progression, with dedicated support for ongoing training.Responsibilities:• Understand clients #39; insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.• Process quotes and underwrite auto and home insurance policies.• Advise new clients on auto and home insurance.• Update existing insurance policies for our clients, taking into account their evolving needs; propose new products if necessary.• Build customer loyalty by providing outstanding service.• Underwrite new business, append endorsements, and issue renewals by obtaining all necessary client information for pricing and risk analysis.• Stay informed about the latest production guidelines and regulatory obligations.What you will need to succeed:• University or college degree is a significant asset.• 1 year of sales and customer service experience (an asset).• Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to offer products tailored to their needs.• Excellent problem-solving skills.• Strong autonomy.• Ability to manage priorities.• Excellent computer skills to familiarize oneself with new applications.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
