We are currently seeking (4) Bilingual Insurance Representatives for one of our clients, an insurance company.Whats in it for you:• Annual salary of $55,000 to $60,000.• Annual bonus aiming to reach 5%, with a maximum of 10%, based on employee and company performance.• Full-time permanent position (37.50 hours per week).• Hybrid position with 2 days of in-person work, either at the Montreal or Chabanel office.• Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, one week per month from 12 pm to 8 pm.• 4 weeks of annual vacation.• Opportunity to participate in a retirement savings plan and a pension plan.• Access to an employee stock ownership plan.• Various employee benefits.• Employee recognition program.• Dedicated personal wellness and volunteering expense account.• Payment for courses leading to obtaining the AMF (Autorité des marchés financiers) license.• Payment for courses leading to obtaining the PAA (Personne Autorisée à Agir) designation.• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement, with dedicated support for ongoing training.Responsibilities:• Understand clients insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.• Prepare submissions and underwrite automobile and home insurance policies.• Advise new clients on automobile and home insurance.• Update existing clients insurance policies, considering changes in their needs and proposing new products when necessary.• Build customer loyalty by providing exceptional service.• Underwrite new business, endorse endorsements, and issue renewals by obtaining all necessary client information for rating and risk analysis.• Stay up to date with the latest production guidelines and regulatory requirements.What you need to succeed:• University or college degree is a significant asset.• 3 years of experience in sales and customer service (mandatory).• Possession of an Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) license or in the process of obtaining one.• Bilingualism is an asset: knowledge of English in addition to French is required since this position involves oral and written communication with our clients, partners, and other teams at Aviva Canada located across Canada.• Customer-oriented mindset and the ability to offer products tailored to their needs.• Excellent problem-solving skills.• Strong autonomy: ability to manage priorities.• Excellent computer skills to adapt to new applications.• Experience in customer service, underwriting, and sales in the insurance industry is an asset.Why Recruit ActionRecruit Action (agency permit: AP-2000003) provides recruitment services through quality support and a personalized approach to job seekers and businesses.
