Job Description

  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead or actively participate in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA ABAP implementation project.
  • ABAP for HANA: Develop and optimize ABAP code for SAP S/4 HANA, leveraging the capabilities of the HANA database.
  • CDS Views: Design and implement Core Data Services (CDS) Views to provide a unified and standardized data model for reporting and analytics.
  • AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures): Implement AMDP to push data-intensive operations to the database layer for improved performance.
  • Odata: Develop Odata services to enable seamless communication and data exchange between SAP systems and external applications.
  • Sub-Skills: Demonstrate expertise in at least one of the following sub-skills: RAP (Restful ABAP Programming), Workflow, Adobe Forms, CAPM (Core Data Services ABAP Managed Procedures), and Interfaces.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize ABAP code for performance improvements, ensuring efficient execution on the SAP S/4 HANA platform.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with functional teams, ABAP developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with SAP solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for ABAP development, configurations, and technical solutions.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4 HANA ABAP development, including at least one full-cycle implementation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical background with proficiency in ABAP for HANA, CDS Views, AMDP, and Odata.
  • Sub-Skills Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following sub-skills: RAP, Workflow, Adobe Forms, CAPM, and Interfaces.
  • Education: Bachelor #39;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in SAP S/4HANA ABAP is desired
  • Deep understanding of Agile concept of Project Delivery
  • SAP Activate Project Management methodology is desired
