Job Description

Do you aspire to lead client relationships and drive client success at a dynamic digital agency Are you adept at crafting and executing strategic plans, overseeing project progress, and aligning initiatives with clients #39; long-term goals As an integral part of our agency, you #39;ll collaborate closely with our project management and sales teams, taking the helm in client communications and strategy. Join us in our growth journey!In your role as Account Director, you will be expected to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients in Canada and the United States, overseeing both large-scale web design and development projects and ongoing evolution and support mandates with public and private sector clients
  • Develop and grow client accounts by identifying and cultivating key relationships and growth opportunities in line with the agency’s services
  • Ensure timely and successful project delivery in alignment with customer needs and objectives
  • Develop and approve briefs for projects, providing guidance and direction to project teams
  • Lead and participate in client presentations and other activities to enhance agency-client relationships
  • Lead contract negotiations with new clients and manage contract renewals
  • Provide clear and concise updates to clients and agency leadership
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, reporting on account status and opportunities
RequirementsTo be successful, you should have the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an agency setting or professional services
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to understand and address client needs
  • Proven track record in the management and delivery of successful client portfolio projects
  • Proficient in digital best practices, technologies, and trends - a plus if you have experience using Drupal, WordPress, or other open-source technologies
  • Experience managing client relationships and acting as an escalation point
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presentations
  • Track record of setting and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in team supervision or management
  • Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in French desirable
