We’re looking for an energetic self-starter who is primed to generate new business and build meaningful relationships with our North American prospects and customers.We’re looking for someone who loves the thrill of the chase. Someone who will constantly be on the lookout for new opportunities and prospects and won’t stop until every door has been knocked on. We’re looking for someone who won’t get demotivated when 90% of the doors they knock on don’t answer because the grind is worth it for the 10% that do. After all, “you miss 100% of the shots you dont take.”What you’ll do:

  • Identify high-potential businesses to develop and execute outbound strategies to engage them with ParagonERP
  • Turn our inbound and self-sourced demand into closed-new business and happy Paragon customers
  • Implement & execute the sales strategy to achieve sales goals, increase sales activities and improve sales-related key performance indicators
  • Work hand in hand with our Marketing team to plan and implement our Account Based Marketing (ABM) growth strategy
  • Manage our sales pipeline, iterating and maturing our sales process and playbook
  • Manage multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the buying cycle
  • Conduct thorough discovery to understand prospects current environment, requirements, decision-making processes, and timeframes
  • Define and communicate the specific benefits of ParagonERP appropriate for each customer, including creating sales materials and giving demos
  • Drive revenue by managing the sales process from start to finish, including lead gen, prospecting, identifying and establishing relationships with key decision-makers, contract negotiations and closure of deals.
  • Maintain appropriate activity levels to meet prospecting goals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals and quotas for new sales
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual pipeline and sales reports and forecasts for Management
  • Partner with Marketing and Product team leads to assess and develop target markets and identifying opportunities for overall company growth
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
  • Work collaboratively with our Services and Customer Success team on hand-off so customers get immediate value from ParagonERP and a great experience

  • Experience managing pipelines with CRMs (specifically Hubspot)
