  • Workplace: Office - Home (Hybrid)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours / week

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the achievement of all administrative files and special projects
  • Act as the expert with Microsoft and Adobe Suite
  • Produce, complete and prepare various reports for Canada, NY and Paris offices
  • Follow-up on Providers, Orders and budget
  • Writing and editing of correspondence, internal document and presentation
  • Maintain the Branch offices sites professional and functional as well as greet visitors, respond to
inquiries and provide necessary information
  • Maintain the Branch Agenda and contacts up-to-date at all time
  • Book Business Trips for the employees
  • Answering telephone, redirecting calls, take accurate messages and routing appropriate information
to staff and other departments when necessary
  • Handling and sorting mail and fax correspondence
  • Overseeing the operation and maintenance of the filing system as well as keeping filing up-to-date
and accurate (general and administration files)QualificationsDo you have what it takes for this Administrative Assistant position in the field of finance in downtown Montreal
  • Perfectly bilingual (English/French, written and spoken)
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant or other relevant experience related to the above responsibilities
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite
  • Proactive, autonomy, leadership, resourcefulness and sense of initiative developed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
