  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Workplace: Office
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
  • Salary: Starting at $55,000, depending on experience
  • Start date: As soon as possible

ResponsibilitiesWhat your day will look like as an administrative assistant in the philanthropic field in downtown Montreal:
  • Data and minute entry, report reading, analysis and translation
  • Maintenance of minute books and records
  • Preparation of board meetings (required documents and room reservations)
  • Filing annual government returns (federal and provincial)
  • Compiling financial information to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
  • Manage emails, open mail and order office supplies
  • Prepare and organize certain files electronically
  • Organizing staff events, in coordination with the Secretary-Treasurer and Social Committee as needed.
  • All other related administrative tasks as required by the team
QualificationsDo you have what it takes for this administrative assistant position in the philanthropic field in downtown Montreal
  • Fluently bilingual (French/English, written and spoken)
  • 3+ years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, autonomy, resourcefulness and initiative
