The incumbent assists in the day-to-dayoperations of the office to ensure that key processes flow smoothly in a timely fashion, while alsoassisting with other special projects.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides frontline services to students and other stakeholders interacting with the Registrar
Services office
  • Organizes, prepares and verifies student applications for the admissions process
  • Creates and updates forms used by Registrar Services
  • Collects necessary documents from students and ensures their conformity with policies and
various rules and ensures follow-up with other departmentsAdministrative Support Registrar Services
  • Processes document requests and completes official forms, such as transcripts, confirmations of
attendance and letters of attestation
  • Collects and selects data, and prepares summaries of complex files while performing data entry
  • Maintains and organizes graduate files and oversees archiving of student records
  • Contributes to processes related to financial aid, notably verifications to be performed with the
Quebec Government Student Loans and Bursaries Program, and provides general information toapplicants
  • Supports the Coordinator and staff in Registrar Services by coordinating meetings,
providing documentation, and ensuring that processes are completed in a timely fashion
  • Participates in the implementation of new procedures and gives feedback for continuous
improvement and quality control
  • Trains new employees within the scope of their duties and fulfills other duties as required
