Just ask!Job LevelNV-08As an Advisor - Data Processing Centre (DPC), you support IT efficiency by designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading computer networks, management systems and database servers in accordance with the organization’s needs.You advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of your line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.General Information on the PositionMain Responsibilities

  • Diagnose development teams’ issues, challenges and needs on medium-complexity correction requests and the delivery and rollout management process to determine target outcomes
  • Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
  • Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports
Other working conditions
  • Work location: Montreal or Aurora, depending on the candidates preference. The work arrangement for the position is hybrid work #LI-Hybrid

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
