Job Description

  • Provide support to Operations management team on key initiatives and strategic decisions;
  • Develop and propose project framework and organizational structures to improve team efficiency;
  • Define the yearly Operations masterplan and follow-up on key initiatives and projects;
  • Define the balanced scoreboard (BSC) as well as the key performance indicators (KPI) linked to the operation’s strategic priorities;
  • Responsible for monthly masterplan reviews and Operations dashboards;
  • Develop the governance standards and ensure follow-ups on all operations sites;
  • Collaborate in the key projects planification and execution for the Operations’ teams;
  • Lead strategic initiatives on the Operations General Manager’s behalf;
  • Maintain governance calendar, solicit inputs and prepare presentation material for GM leadership meetings;
  • Follow-up on Operations’ projects budget costs and expenses;
  • Define and align communications for the Global 5500/6500/7500 Operations team;
  • Lead the Employee engagement project for the Global 5500/6500/7500 Operations team.
QualificationsAs our ideal candidate,
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in aerospace operations, preferably with experience in a governance role;
  • You hold a University Degree in Business Administration or Management;
  • You have experience in project co-ordination and administration and are knowledgeable on project management tools and techniques;
  • You can quickly learn software programs and database structures (Power BI);
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • You are highly organized and have a keen attention to detail;
  • You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French;
  • You have Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • You can coordinate and present reviews to management;
  • You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment);
  • You have strong interest and good skills in managing social media accounts (LinkedIn);
  • You are a good team player and highly reliable;
  • You have a clear drive for results.
