  • Permanent position;
  • Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
  • Salary: $23 to $25;
  • Comprehensive group insurance (drugs, dental and vision care);
  • Pension fund;
  • 3 weeks vacation;
  • Advantageous bonus on the performance of the clinic in addition to the salary;

ResponsibilitiesBilingual Telephone Customer Service Specialist Field of Optometry (In the heart of Montreal: Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie)
  • Take phone calls for 3 clinics (many calls every day);
  • Manage and confirm appointments;
  • Provide relevant information to patients on the services and care offered;
  • Promote the services and products of the clinics.
QualificationsBilingual Telephone Customer Service Specialist Field of Optometry (In the heart of Montreal: Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie)
  • Experience in customer service or receptionist;
  • Bilingual;
  • Ease with computers in general;
  • Professionalism, sense of customer service,
  • Efficiency, ease of learning.
